Nirvaan is a unique culinary experience in Pune , India. Our modern Chef Restaurant opened its doors in 2020 with the kitchen as the focal point. The menu is created season and comfort food as the inspiration, care has been taken to keep stories around food as the hero as every dish reminds you about friends and good times. Interesting anecdotes drawn from local cuisine as well as International flavours and personal experiences.

My love for food goes back to my childhood days and its memories and thats what epitomises the DNA of my cookin at Nirvaan. Cooking to me is a form of meditation, nothing can be more exciting than to see people happy after having a comforting meal. I picked up my anecdotes of food through my travels and channelised that with the the passion to express myself through stories to my friends.
At Nirvaan our endeavour to give you an experience of home away from home , nothing can be more rewarding than seeing you leave our humble home happy and satisfied with a promise to return soon.
